AREX Brings AR and AI to the Underwater World at IFA 2026
At IFA 2026, AREX debuts with AREX ONE, an AR dive computer mask for the underwater world.
Unlike freeform-prism-surface and beam-splitter displays, AREX ONE uses a high-transparency AR optical waveguide. It overlays information within the diver’s view, with a broad field of view designed to keep the underwater world open. Depth, time, gas and decompression information stay accessible while divers stay engaged with their environment and dive buddy.
AREX ONE is also being developed with AI-powered marine-life recognition. Divers can capture and identify what they encounter underwater, then save discoveries to a personal dive log and field-guide collection. Planned map marking and community sharing turn dives into records of places explored and life discovered.
The unit shown at IFA is a dive-capable engineering prototype developed for deep-dive use. Experience AREX ONE at [Booth Number] and learn more ahead of the Kickstarter launch in mid-September 2026 at www.arexvision.com.
